Computer Centre:
The school has an updated Computer Centre which is equipped with a server, 30 workstations and laser printing facilities. This allows all the learners to have direct access to a computer ensuring that they are educated in the essential skills. The school also has a permanent ADSL connection to allow the educators to research material for their lessons.
Projects are done in Word, Publisher, Excel and Powerpoint.
School hall:
Our hall is where we hold assemblies on Tuesday and Thursday mornings and every second year the school’s drama department produce and perform in a school production. Cultural evenings are held every alternate year in addition to a very successful and popular Art Exhibition whereby artworks from Kloof Pre-primary, Junior Primary and the High School are placed on display.
Media Centre:
Our well-equipped Media Centre caters for all ages at the school and learners spend allocated time in the Centre exchanging books and studying Media Science.
Smart Room:
The KSP Room is a classroom that is equipped with an interactive Smartboard and has been refurbished with new furniture and finishes. Smart Board interactive whiteboards make learning a visual engaging experience for learners which helps deepen understanding and promote retention of the lesson. We have started to set up Smart boards in our classrooms. Two more have been fitted in classrooms and this will be a continuing project until all classrooms have Smart boards.
Support classess:
Our school offers a facility to help pupils in grade 4 and 5 who need extra support and individual attention in a small classes. This facility ensures that our pupils receive maximum help before entering Grade 6 and 7.
Specialist Afrikaans Teachers:
We have 2 Specialist Afrikaans teachers in Grade 6 and 7. This ensures our children receive the best support and skills in the Afrikaans Language.
School Guidance Counsellor:
Our counsellor meets with the children who are experiencing emotional difficulties at school. She is a trained counsellor who is affiliated to the Open Door Crises Centre.

Swimming Pool:
Our swimming pool is used for our school galas, during P.E. lessons and for squad training sessions. It is also used by Mr. Nick Gray who trains the Kloof Amateur Swimming Club, which is a very active and successful club.
Sports Fields:
We have two spacious sports fields which are equipped with cricket nets, netball and rugby posts and hockey goals which are set up as required each term. Many tournaments and athletic events are held at the school and, in addition an obstacle course was recently built to extend the athletic prowess of our children.
Homework Centre:
There is a Homework Centre at the school, which is run by our educators under the direction of Miss Jenny Rice.
Electronic Board:
KSP has an Electronic board to communicate more efficiently about current activities.
Our community can be kept up to date with events at our school and the results of our matches.
Kloof Sports Academy:
Kloof Senior Primary offers leadership in sport with the of Divan Van Wyk. Divan, a professional cricket player; is the latest addition to our Kloof schools and he heads the Kloof Sports Academy.
This intiative was undertaken to establish continuity in Sport throughout the three Kloof School; namely KHS, KSP and KJP.
Recycling Facilities:
KSP Runs has been running a successful program for recycling for the past 18 years under the leadership of Melody Morris. She and a dedicated group of parents and learners sort the recycling sourced from various locations. The community is welcome to contribute. We recycle
